Actually, that should read “UP the Road” – and we should stop off on the way into Agen!  For the record – 1986 d’Yquem is currently selling for AUD$900 in Sydney.  But there’s a magic little alternative… “Le Tertre du Lys d’Or” for around AUD$50.  There’s that ‘slope’ word again!

Thus - it is written
24 Days to go…
I’m reading the manual – and I find this…

“NUDITY
Canals and rivers are often far from built-up areas, and you are completely isolated in some sections. We leave it entirely to you as to how far you undress, but do take care not to shock villagers and lock-keepers, whose ideas may be a little old-fashioned.”
40 years ago (link here & scroll down), this might have been acceptable – but (please guys) keep your gear on!

And on the 7th day he said… Let there be Video!

Now we can “send back” video as we travel…  JB’s going to kill me when he sees this clip!

Wonder if there’s any chance of LocaBoat installing WiFi modems in the next three weeks…

S’pose not.
